Refund Policy

Our goods are printed to order. Returns and refunds are not available in full or part.

Any shortages or damaged goods must be notified within 72 hours of receipt. Complaints will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods. 

Order Cancellation/Modification
If you need to modify your order, please email us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate any changes but if printing has commenced, we will be unable to make changes or cancel an order.
