Orders will be rejected if your account with us is overdue.

Our goods are printed to order. Returns and refunds are not available in full or part.

Any shortages or damage goods must be notified within 72 hours of receipt. Complaints can only be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. 

If you need to modify your order, please email us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate any changes but if printing has commenced we will be unable to make changes or cancel an order.

We deliver via next day courier to UK mainland addresses.

We send out Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. Once your order is processed and sent out, we will notify you by email.

The following information is the estimated costs for delivery. These will be added to your final invoice.
